The body is an amazing vessel that when looked after correctly can withstand illness and carry you far in life.


Being able to keep up with activities you enjoy, whether that be going for a walk or keeping up with your children - your body will thank you for it in the long run!


Having an active lifestyle has many benefits:

  1. Disease Prevention - Exercising regularly is medically proven to lower the risk of several major illnesses:

    • Osteoporosis and hip fractures

    • Several types of Cancer

    • Type 2 diabetes

    • Coronary heart diseases


  2. Cardiovascular Health - Activity strengthens the heart and improves circulation, which helps reduce blood pressure and cholesterol levels.


  3. Weight Management - Along with a healthy diet, an active lifestyle helps manage weight by burning calories and increasing metabolism, which prevents obesity.
